1. The preheating time of the machine varies with the ambient temperature. Generally, when the color temperature is higher in summer, the preheating time is shorter, and the setting temperature can be lower at this time. In winter, on the contrary, the preheating time should be longer and the setting temperature should be higher.

2. When plastic sealing, if the set temperature is too low, it will cause incomplete plastic sealing; and if the temperature is too high, it will cause the film to wrinkle due to overheating, and even roll the plastic sealing film into the machine. When using the plastic sealing machine, it is necessary to set the appropriate temperature according to the specifications according to the type of film and plastic sealing documents used.

3. There are four screws under the bottom plate of the machine, which are used to regulate the pressure around and around the cots. These screws can be adjusted if there is incomplete sealing on either or both sides of the plastic cover. Nevertheless, the screw must not be screwed too tightly, so as not to cause plastic cover wrinkle and motor overload.
